– Wrong technique from the producer

– Guarantee stamp (and seal) are still intact.

1. Products that can’t be exchange or return:

– Violate any condition on stated above

– Products are broken or damaged due to customers and the fault is not in the warranty range of the producer.

2. Warranty time:

Any time is eligible from the date the products was bought or produced date, depend on the type of product.

3. Warranty exchange:
